Common questions
What documents do you need to clear an import?
Normally the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, and any commodity-specific certificate — origin, phytosanitary, analysis or import licence. Send them in advance and we can lodge the entry before the vessel or flight arrives.
Can you clear vehicles?
Yes, vehicle clearing is a standard part of our brokerage service, including the valuation and registration steps that follow.
Do you handle pharmaceutical clearance?
Yes. Pharmaceutical clearance is a specific service line for us, including the National Medicines Regulatory Authority and Health Ministry approvals that go with it.
